St Neots is a fairly small rowing club but are fortunate to have a great location and a beautiful strech of river to row upon. Over the years the committee has worked hard to provide members with a good selection of equipment and facilities. But of course we can always do better and each year we put aside money to replace or re-furbish the facilities, this year buying a brand new coxless quad/4-

A few years back the club managed to raise funds to create our own purpose built Gym. The Gym is stocked with a range of weights machines including; Rowing Pull, Lats Pulldown, Leg Press, Pec Deck, Bench Press. We also have a number of free weights, weights and sit-up benches and a weights cage.

Ergo Room

The torture chamber of choice for the discerning rower. We have 6 Concept II Ergos, 3 model C with PM2, 2 Model C with PM2+ and one Model C with PM3. The room is air conditioned which is very nice on those occasions when there are 6 people in there really going for it. There is also a CD player so you can bring along your own type of inpsiring music, but its strictly first come first served on the music front.

Clubhouse

We have a spacious clubhouse which is a two storey building. Downstairs contains the Ergo Room, Mens and Ladies Changing Rooms, Showers and Toilets. Upstairs we have the club room and bar and from the club room you gain access to the balcony which overlooks the river, a very nice place to while away a sunny summers evening after training.
